Sometimes a client already has a BPM platform and sometimes they are choosing between platforms. Some projects need independent security testing while at others the difficult part is not engineering, but the strategy, regulation or operating model around it.
That is why we work with a small number of partner companies, technology platforms and specialist teams. We want to bring in the right people when it actually helps the project.

Crea works with companies that want to improve internal processes and reduce manual work. A lot of this work starts in a very practical place. Too many spreadsheets and too many emails. Too many approvals that no one can clearly follow.
Together, we help clients move from a messy process to a better workflow, and then to a system that people can actually use every day.

OtrantoEQ works with financial institutions, central banks and digital financial market companies. Their work is closer to strategy, regulation and new financial infrastructure. Our work is closer to product, engineering and delivery.
Together, this can be useful on projects where the client needs both. Early thinking, regulatory context and a team that can turn the idea into a working platform.
Camunda is often a good fit when a client wants process orchestration that can sit inside their existing architecture. It gives teams a lot of flexibility, but that also means there is more to design and build around it.
That is where we usually help. Our teams can support Camunda based projects with process modelling, backend integrations, task handling, user interfaces, monitoring, reporting and the operational tools around the workflow.
Appian is a different type of BPM and automation platform. It can be a good fit when the client wants more built in platform capabilities, faster configuration and a low code environment for building process applications.
Our teams have Appian delivery experience and certified Appian developers who have worked on banking and enterprise automation projects.
We can help with process analysis, workflow design, interfaces, backend integrations and long term support of Appian based systems.
We do not think one BPM platform is right for every client. Sometimes Appian makes sense. Sometimes Camunda makes more sense. Sometimes the client has already made the platform decision and needs a team that can deliver around it.
The choice depends on the architecture, licensing model, internal team, security requirements and how the platform will be operated later. For us, the tool is only one part of the work. The real question is how the workflow connects with users, backend systems, documents, approvals, reporting, compliance and daily operations.

When we bring in a partner, we still stay close to the delivery. Partners are there for the parts where they add something specific. BPM platform knowledge or security testing. Regulatory context, specialist review or strategy. The goal is simple. To use the right people for the right part of the project, connect the work properly and make sure the solution can still be used and operated after it goes live.
