QA Tester

We are looking for a proactive, curious and responsible coworker to join our team in Maribor, Slovenia.

• Perform manual discovery tests
• Write integration and UI tests
• Have an eye for detail, edge cases
• Identify error patterns and help developers work on their blind spots
• Manage and handle test devices
• Research new testing practices
• Hold Show and tells every 6 months
• Being the safety net for developers while not letting them get complacent
• Effectively communicating testing reports without oversaturating the devs / PM
• Maintaining focus and adhering to best practices

• You are quickly able to identify edge cases, strange behaviour or visual artefacts
• Have good analytical thinking and have good problem-solving skills
• Have good management skills
• Know how to document and report bugs
• Great English skills
• You are adaptive, open for changes and willing to learn
• Have high-quality standards
• Familiar with JIRA (is an advantage, but not a requirement)
• Have experiences with mobile and web app testing (is an advantage, but not a requirement)

• Probation period 6 months with a fixed-term employment contract and later on the option for an indefinite employment
